It’s a no from me. Apart from claim process taking longer than the Afghanistan conflict, they use every trick in the book to avoid reimbursing what the policy originally states. Only reason they get one star is, there’s not a minus 45 star to tick.

After 9/10 years with Intasure, with no claims, I decided to switch to a different company who were offering better value for money. I contacted Intasure to cancel my renewal and was assured this would be actioned, but low and behold, the renewal email came this morning. I hope to stop the payment due tomorrow through my bank and avoid a lengthy process trying to get a refund. Very disappointed with Intasure and their level of customer service, and it's highly unlikely that I will return to them in the future.

REALLY bad. I had been insured for 4 years. They then said I needed to re-new. Fair enough, kept waiting in line and then getting cut off. THEN I managed to get through and the guy took my details and then never called back! 4 years of business!

Having been covered by Intasure for the past 11 years for our holiday flat in Cape Town , situated in a very secure building with two level of security to enter the building. I’ve been told that because it’s NOT ON A GATED COMMUNITY, they will not insure me. So owners beware if you own a holiday home either within a building or stand alone building , Intasure are now insisting on only gated communities that can be covered. I’ve asked for an explanation of “ gated “. Our building in Cape Town has been called “ like coming to Fort Knox “ by our visitors .
