Very unhelpful! We had a flood in our gym before Christmas I4S are finding every reason to not help out According to them, Gym flooring and sprint tracks (which were damaged by water) are not part of contents jnsurqnce Futhwrmoee you have to do everything via email with them and they take 4-5 days to respond We’re in February now and I still haven’t had anything resolved.. just going back and forth trying to answer my questions As a gym owner, I would strongly suggest not using insure4sport

Horrible insurance company. They overcharged me by £25, then said they would refund it 10 days after it happened, and the days have passed and they still haven't refunded me😡 If you want to spend endless time on the phone trying to sort out unexplainable things with them over the phone, that's your company.
