When I sold my boat and wanted to cancel my insurance I called and was told to email to confirm. Assumed insurance was cancelled but insure 4 boats took another two payments that I didn’t notice unfortunately. I then cancelled the direct debit and had an email from them asking for another payment to ‘cancel’ the insurance. Just use another company these people just rip you off. God knows how you’d get on if you needed to make a claim
