Appalling customer service. Holiday was August 2022 and claim still unresolved. Given them another 8 weeks to respond with two chasing emails and no response. Going to the Ombudsman now. Will never use them again. Very disappointing.

Absolute joke of a company. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR TRAVEL INSURANCE HERE. Electronic claims are almost impossible to submit due to the awful design of the system (probably intentional to deter claimants submitting claims). No one ever answers the phone. Bunch of cowboys, shocking how a business like this that people depend on hasn’t been shut down and is allowed to trade.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Very very slow to respond and it feels like it is staffed on a shoestring. Phone wait times over 20 minutes and no apology from agent. They did not cover our taxi ride from the hospital and finally sent a confirmation email to my husband who had passed away following a heart attack on holiday. Horrendous.

terrible service and company. We are taking legal proceedings against this company. We have submitted details for one of our staff members claim and they are making things up thats not on the policy. Further more they don't deal with claims, they subcontract a claims management company. We sre taking them to court soon. Staff are not trained properly they cannot answer questions on their policy? Why do you have advisors that cannot advice anything? Waste of money. We will see you in court. Claim no 128751

dont buy. having needed medical assistance when abroad the 24/7 contact number gave a pre recorded message stating offices only open monday to friday !!! once contact was made they were unable to agree payment with the hospital , both blaming each other for communication breakdown and we, with their approval had to pay the bill before we could leave, and given assurance we would recieve payment on our return to england. since our claim on return over 8 weeks we have had little communication from them and are continually given the run around. DONT BUY !

Like other people have stated don’t use this company. you are probably better off travelling without insurance then using this company, my suitcase was broken into when travelling and they could not even cover me so I’ve lost twice here once buying the insurance and then my suitcase wich I thought was “covered”

Do not use this terrible company. I have been passed around so many times and asked to email so many different emails it’s driving me crazy. Then my policy was then rejected for something I’m actually covered for, I immediately emailed pointing to their wording on the policy saying I’m covered and they’ve ignored me!! I’ve raised so many complaints and a formal complaint advising this is the last chance to deal with this before financial ombudsman and still ignored. They are a scam and hope you will tire out and just give up. Not me!

Don't use this company. Needed to claim and basically messed around and sent me to a different company to make the claim. Spent ages phoning and filling out forms etc.. to be told I needed to go back to insure a d Escape because my insurance was booked on a date they don't deal with claims from. Just awful service. They don't want to pay out!
