Renew of annual policy completed, unfortunately as with everything else at the minute the premium has risen. However renewal process was relatively easy, even though I ended up having to contact by phone rather than complete online. I have several health issues, all of which are well controlled. Other companies wouldn't even quote me. Insurance With asked good, appropriate questions and gave me a price I could live with. I had a years cover and wanted to change the start date. The on line site wouldn't let me do it. So phoned, spoke to Dawn who had the same problem as me (I think I misunderstood their wording) but she promised to pass my problem along and see if it could be sorted manually and she will ring me back either way. Good service
