ordered around £400 of insulation boards, tape and foil rolls for my garage. Items arrived fast and in good condition (my little one enjoyed watching the fork lift truck) price was brilliant especially for the insulation boards and with p and p on them being free for an order of this size. interacted a couple of times with them via email and they were always quick to answer questions and sort out any problems. if I had another garage I would definitely use them again.

The initial delivery and service was good, but I have been trying to get a copy of the invoice for multiple weeks now having asked a number of times and still nothing. Your marketing emails and direct emails from your sales team seem to get through, which would suggest the issue is not with my server. The company email is using an outlook server and I have not had any issues with any other suppliers.

Wasted 3 weeks with this company. Told them when I ordered that we were on a narrow lane - no problem they said. Then didn't deliver despite me offering an alternative, more accessible location. Didn't answer emails and then took almost a week to refund me once I cancelled. Avoid - there are other suppliers with much better customer service. Re: your reply. You are lying - I gave you an alternative delivery address, you didn't reply to my email. You took 6 days to refund me, not 2. The project was delayed by 3 weeks because you could not deliver.

They are very competitively priced but what sets "insulation4less" apart from other companies is the first class service they provide from start to finish. The delivery time was exactly when it was meant to be, the condition of PIR insulation boards was excellent. All communications (emails/calls) were promptly answered, nothing was too much trouble, making my renovation project a lot less stressful. Can't recommend this company highly enough.
