Ash and his friendly team arrived Monday morning and after only 3 days of work left behind a gorgeous new garden building. Professional throughout, accommodating, and very tidy, they were a pleasure to deal with. We were looking for a reasonably priced garden room that we can use all year long and that will require minimal maintenance, the EcoStudio room fits the bill perfectly. We cannot recommend highly enough.

Recently purchased a garden room from Ash and insulate-it.com due to now working at home 4 days a week and couldn't be happier. Found them online and after putting through an enquiry got a call back within a couple of hours going through the options. The size I wanted wasn't an option but this was accommodated without any issue. Before the order was made I had a lot of questions about the product and installation but nothing was to much bother and answered promptly. Connecting the garden room to the main power of the house isn't an option however Ash was more than happy to liaise with my sparky to ensure the two trades alined. The day the installation started the workers turned upon time and cracked on. Both very pleasant and happy to talk through what was going on. I went for the package with base, installation and painted finish and glad I did as I wouldn't of been able achieve the level of finish I've been left with. On top of the standard finish the t.v bracket and wall heater I had purchased were also installed. The other thing that stood out was I had been given a list of floor designs I could have but the one on the YouTube video wasn't an option, however this was sourced again without issue. The room once heated seems to retain the heat well and coming into the winter time will tell how well but so far no concerns. With my 9 by 7 feet garden room 4 spot lights are included inside which is perfectly adequate. Two outside spot lights and 2 up lighters are also included which gives it a nice finish. After being in the garden room for a couple of weeks I had a couple of little issues but Ash and the team were out to fix them within the week and even put up a large picture frame whilst on site. Overall the service and product have been great and for the price paid compared to everything else I could find on the market I certain can't have any complaints. Thanks to Aah I now have a great office space at the end of the garden.

From the moment I contacted them to the full “ground up” installation they have been brilliant - responsive, flexible, friendly and have a great work ethic. The eco studio is cosy, noise proof and just right for running a business from home.

We now have a conservatory that we can use all year round ! It was installed a few weeks ago now and we have already found a massive difference it is very good value for money and the team that carried out the work were brilliant they completed the work in less than a day without any mess and were a pleasure to deal with.The company were professional throughout and I.can highly recommend them.

As the days are getting hotter as we get closer to summer my parents conservatory is just too hot for them to enjoy, being in their 70's they spend alot of time in there bird watching on the garden. After researching on their behalf I came across insulate-it. These guys know their stuff! After a video survey (Very useful during Covid-19 lockdown) we were happy with the price and booked to have the roof insulated. WOW! What a difference! My parents can now sit in their conservatory and enjoy it without it being roasting! Good customer service especially the installation team. My parents tell me it's a worthy investment and don't know why they didn't do it sooner!
