On my results I failed my resit for my epa for replacing the wrong component on their criteria, I was told by my assessment centre to appeal as I had replaced the right component, after I payed the £100 fee I received a reply stating I had failed due to my diagnosis without any evidence to suggest other than verbal communication which there is no way to disprove or prove , they also will not show my results due to gdpr even though they are my results, to fail on one criteria out of 50 and having to pay £950 to resit, it’s a joke at this point

the imi need to understand that people need some help with there apprenticeship cores. they never gave a hint about what i was failing on throughout the apprenticeship. when i was told i had one attempt left, they told me i would need to restart the whole apprenticeship agine costing over £1000! complete scan!!!!! should be ashamed.
