    Despite the 5 Star reviews a lady named Lettie Hannon who is the director of resources let me down on two separate occasions with interviews. the second interview which was supposed to be scheduled one was cancelled the moment I got to the building. No one informed me and she didn't even have the audacity to come down and see me and apologise to me for the inconvenience of me travelling 1 entire hour from north london. She was also rude, abrupt and very very disrespectful i kid you not. when i called her up she said she was not going to apologise and hanged the phone up on me..that one person is a big let down to the IPA
