Everything is good except the delay . Sometimes while transferring to new account after sending money, they will ask for the documents to verify. Even after uploading the documents it will take another 2 days to verify. Sometimes rejected. First transaction took me almost 2 weeks to complete. Now after sending to new account again asked for the documents. Really frustrating sometimes if we need to send money very urgent even though rates are good and no transaction fee for bank transfer.

Worst Money transfer services ever, they will take your money and won't transfer to the recepient, and to revert the money back to your account the process is not automatic, you have to provide lot of documentation , there is in no customer services at all. Will never recommened. Will be raising my complaint to Financial Ombudsman.

Slowest I have ever used, they dont have contact centre, email and chat are useless. They will not have any update other than a pre curated text! Worst Service, Use other payment gateways if you want a better experience.

The slowest I have used. Use them if you want your money to be held for 48-72 hours before being transferred. I've used other companies which transfer the money within a couple of hours. Used Instarem because of the rate but never again. Customer service is awful. They quote from a text, not helpful at all. I sent the money on Thursday, and Friday evening when I contacted them the person said well it will be Monday or Tuesday as it's the weekend now and we state it takes upto 72 hours to process! This is in small print by the way. Not clearly stated. It's in their terms and conditions! I asked about a refund and he said it will take upto 72 hours to get the refund from the time the refund is processed!!! My advice is unless you are desperate for the marginally better rate they offer, go somewhere else. You know your money gets transferred fast and you have peace of mind. This place is dodgy. Why hang onto customers' money??
