The entire team from inquiry, to order, to appointment, to delivery were phenomenal. Sue made it a priority to get me my furniture as quickly as possible, but I did not expect it to be so rapid. The delivery team was quick, efficient, and they tidied up after to leave it all as if I had been living with the furniture and pieces all along. Rented furniture for around 15 months, I needed something quickly and Sue and the team came to my rescue. The furniture was too a high standard. The delivery and install team through to Sue and the customer team have always been excellent to work with and very flexible when changing the length of the agreement and sorting out the final date and collection time. I would highly recommend.

Instant Home are a rental furniture company that not only provides excellent customer service, fast and efficient drop off/pick up deliveries but most importantly a fantastic range of furniture with a soul. Their range invokes ‘home rather than executive apartment’. And the ‘welcome to your new home’ kit they provide on delivery day is just the beautiful bonus on top! They deserve five stars!!!

Strongly recommend Instant Home if you need to hire furniture for any reason. My experience was completely painless from first contact (extremely responsive) to furniture delivery (on time, quick and easy) and then pick up (I needed an early return and they were completely flexible picked up exactly on the hour I needed). Furniture was exactly as needed and described, of good quality. No surprises on costs - they even chased me to return my deposit.
