Provided an appointment 10 days after booking and then cancelled it for not so genuine reasons and not accomodating an appointment to a suitable day, this is just to come and look at your loft and provide a quotation. Can't imagine what would happen after paying advance. Unprofessional!!!

Instaloft came and worked on my 2019 built home today. Every step of the process has been a good experience from initial contact through to the survey through to the installation. We had an enlarged hatch which meant moving our smoke alarm and Instaloft's own electrician came and did this as part of the install package. They installed a ladder, grab rail and boarded out the centre of the loft area on stilts taking care to avoid existing infrastructure and insulation. I really like how they neaten the edges around the raised areas.
