We had a weeks notice to move house - which didn't leave us much time to find a removals company with availability. Luckily a friend recommended Insta-move and am so glad she did. They immediately responded to my emails and were lovely guys that went above and beyond to help us on what is normally a stressful day, they got on with the job really efficiently and were great people to talk to. Aaron Hedges and his team cleared our flat in Bournemouth at the very uncertain and difficult time just before lockdown in March ,when no-one really knew what was what....Our possessions and furniture had to be put into storage, as we hadn't been able to find a new home, and were planning to lockdown for a few weeks in a relative's available home. We knew as soon as we met Aaron that he delivered a very special and personal level of service. 7 months later (!) due mainly to these unprecedented times, he and his colleague Paul arrived at our new little house in Shropshire and we were reunited with our possessions.. Aaron and his team are friendly, courteous and, in our opinion, always go the extra mile ( literally!) to make sure their customers are happy..... Even when, partially due to tiredness , advanced age and stress, we actually underpaid him......Aaron dealt with the situation with his inate charm....attempting to save our acute embarrassment!! I cannot rate Insta-move enough! Aaron and his team were brilliant on the day they were all so friendly and helpful with nothing being any trouble. They had everything in hand and made it so easy to move and very stress free. We had more things that everyone anticipated but within half hour they had picked up another van to fit the last of our stuff in at no extra cost! Aaron was brilliant at getting back to me quickly with any questions before the move too and is a really down to earth lovely guy too. I would not use anyone else to move in the future!
