Poorly run company. Apauling treatment of customers and staff. One member of staff left a week after I started, and he told me the reason he was leaving was because he was being bullied by the project manager and made to use his own personal car fuel to drive to jobs when everyone else was in company vans. They overpromise and underdeliver. The only thing keeping this business going is the plumber Simon, he does outstanding work and is the only person who deserves any credit. Very clicky family business where your made to feel like an outsider. Empty promises that you will be trained up in how to do bathroom installs and then treated like a labourer and once they have used you to carry out the work they terminate your employment after offering a full time permenant contract. I was asked to lie to customers daily. And if you make any mistake you get sworn and shouted abuse at by the project manager. The only positive feedback they get is from friends and family. who installs wall panelling and units into a new bathroom.... and then plasters walls afterwards? I've been working with bathroom installers for nearly 10 years and NEVER seen anyone do that. In my 9 weeks working for this company I went to many of their jobs and had conversations with Customers who would constantly express their concerns as to why the job was overunning by so long and why we would only work a few hours and not full days. Many times customers also expressed their dissatisfaction at being promised a top notch service which they never actually received. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Gareth and the team have been outstanding, nothing has been too much trouble (even last minute “requests”) and we have been advised well by Gareth throughout the project. Inspired previously installed a new bathroom for us last year and this time we have had a new kitchen and cloakroom installed along with some extensive remodelling work to accommodate this across our downstairs. The works themselves, although disruptive (we knew they would be) have always been managed in such a way we have never been without essentials and when something did need addressing (like unforeseen snow in April!) it was done so quickly and without fuss. Really happy with the outcome and with the service we’ve been given. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We had a complete remodelling of our master bathroom and from the initial contact with Mark in the showroom to completion of the project by Gareth we have been delighted with the professionalism of the team. The existing bathroom was removed with attention to cleanliness from the start and at the end of each day all areas were cleared of debris. The final result is exceptionally good and we cannot recommend Inspired Bathrooms more highly.

From start to finish i felt like i was being very well looked after! both Mark and Gareth have extensive knowledge of their trades, the show room is jam packed with fabulous ides and products! Along the way id had a few more ideas to add and remove and nothing was ever a problem i cannot rate these guys enough will definitely be using them for all my future projects.
