Do not buy from this company. Really bad experience with this company. The shipping took 1 month to arrive (after me prompting them) . I ordered a balloon arch for a charity event and it cost £40. The colours I chose online were not the colours I received. There was no sticky strip to even make the balloon arch. I had to buy a similar balloon arch from a shop here in the end. It cost £15... Bad quality service and high prices. There was no apology from inspiredbyalma despite numerous emails, just that I should send back my balloons for a full refund. I have done so and now they are ghosting me. It's such a shame. It was for a charity project which this inspiredbyalma has essentially taken money out of the pot for. I am currently dealing with trading standards and reporting this company. It's such a disappointment as we love supporting local businesses, but feel like people need to be held to account and others should be aware. So much extra hassle and stress for what should have been an easy experience. You can see the photos of what £40 gets you with this company. A bunch of balloons in a colour I didn't choose and a leaflet.
