It is an excellent place for sport for all ages. It is a very large, modern building with a very nice cafe. The food is quite reasonable and the cakes are very tasty. The staff are very friendly. As a first-timer to Luton I have to say the sports centre is my favourite venue of the city.

Session is 45 min. How was before Covid?! I bet a lot longer. Now: dress, undress, shower and you have 30 mins to spend with the little ones at the pool. Absolutelly crazy how business think these days about what Leisure swimming means.
