What can i say apart from WOW. Alicia is absolutely amazing. I love my tattoos she took the time to listen and did my tattoos just how i wanted them. She is funny and welcoming. Ignore the person who gave a negative review alicia does care and she is welcoming. Next tattoo is a twig for sure. đ cannot say enough good things about this tattoo and piercing studio. Go with confidence five star place.

Nice tattoos but make sure you know exactly what you want beforehand. Theyâre not very flexible when it comes to playing with an idea - not great if youâre only semi happy with the tattoo thatâs going on you for the rest of your life. I experienced this & even while I was getting tattooed, Matt the owner was gossiping to his colleagues about another customer who âdoesnât even know what he wantsâ. The apprentice from Birmingham was very friendly (Jim? Not sure if heâs still there) but Alicia completely ignored me & Liamâs constantly sulking. Customers arenât really valued here.

SO rude. Called up with an inquiry, the person at the other end of the phone sounded like she found customers a nuisance. Went in to the store, showed a picture of what I wanted (granted, a very small initial but first tattoo) and all she did was laugh and call it more of a âscratchâ. Didnât seem like she wanted custom at all and would not recommend to anyone.

Had a daith piercing for migraine. I had done my own research and know there is little evidence base for this, but i emailed and the reply i got was very honest, citing much the same, that there is no evidence and it may juat be placebo. I have reached the point that im getting botox every 12 weeks so have nothing to lose and a cool piercing to gain, but it is the sign of an extremely good business to put honesty in front of sales. Will it work? I've no idea, but I had all the information to make an informed choice as to if i wanted it. It was very professionally done, i was talked through everything and Alicia told ne to tell her to stop if I hit my pain threshold. Wasn't nearly as sore as i thought and given very good aftercare advice. I am very impressed and would absolutely recommend. Thank you Alicia, not least foe getting my name right!!
