The previous adverse review by CJ is a nonsense and was most likely posted by a disgruntled competitor. Indeed, Insite are very proud of their longstanding reputation. Guarantee claims are handled professionally and laboratory analysis of brick and plaster samples is usually undertaken to determine the exact cause of the reoccurring dampness which can often be attributable to the migration of residual salts within the substrate. Thereafter, written reports are submitted detailing any conclusions and/or recommendations. This has been the case for the last 40 years of trading across the South coast of England with in excess of 35,000 satisfied clients to include Councils, Housing Associations, English Heritage, Banks, Building Societies, corporates and individuals alike.

Can not recomend this company. The damp came back and they refused to honour their "warranty". They stopped answering the phone and when I sent them signed for letters, they would not sign and returned them. Avoid.
