Don’t even bother, I have ordered one shower cabin, paid for plumbers just to find out that is having missing parts. Waiting for the parts to be delivered, paid again for the plumbers to find out that the shower cabin is defect. Order another one and returned the firs one, came with missing part. Guess what? Paid for the plumbers. What Insignia done? Nothing, not a single penny in return. I have paid for the plumbers more than for the shower cabin itself

Brilliant shower,we installed our self as we were engineers. Works brilliant and we love the steamer. We also added a water softener system for the whole house at the same time which will reduce any calcium building up. Thank you Insignia.

Bought two expensive units. Just after 2 years, started to faced a lot of issues. 1. Thermostat was broken, 2. One of the valves will not get closed properly so water keeps on dripping from overhead shower 3. sliding door mechanism broken 4. When using handshower, water still comes from the overhead shower. 5 year is useless as they will find an excuse for each and every problem you report under warrenty. Never buy these showers.

Checked the delivery for damage as instructed within 48 hours, on installation turned out Insignia had sent me the wrong doors - costing me a further £300 for a 2nd installation visit from my installers. Vicki in 'customer care' apparently believes that's my fault for not checking the part numbers... Buyer beware!!

DO NOT PURCHASE! I would highly recommend staying away from these products. They are very cheaply made and break very easily. We had the shower put in and within a year the basin had cracks in it with water going through which caused damage to the flooring. We were then sent a replacement basin which has now also got multiple cracks in it. That's 2 Basins needing replacing within a 3 year period. When I raised this with the management team they just sent me a link to buy a new Basin and said there was nothing they could do. Despite numerous attempts in trying to make them understand that the product was clearly faulty for it to break so quick, I was told there is nothing they can do. VERY disappointed by the lack of quality and customer care. STAY AWAY!!!!
