Our cancellation policy varies depending on the service that you have booked. For retreats and workshops, we require a deposit upon booking, which is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the start of the event. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, we cannot offer a refund. For private sessions, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of the session, we cannot offer a refund.What kind of meals are included in the retreat package?

I've been to a number of Zeenat's mindfulness meditation classes - afternoons, days and weekends. They have really helped me to become more mindful and to develop my mindfulness practice. The setting is very peaceful and conducive to meditation and I love listening to Zeenat's guidance into meditation and being lead into a deep practice. The sessions are generally relaxed and friendly and the beginners' sessions are a great way to get into mindfulness meditation. There are often opportunities for discussion and questions about the practice and I really like the way Zeenat has listened (mindfully) to participants and given thoughtful and helpful answers. I get a strong feeling that Zeenat is someone with a deep knowledge of meditation and that the classes are an amazing opportunity for learning more about this. I recommend the classes very strongly.

I have suffered on and off with with generalised anxiety disorder for many years, and had tried many methods of coping which were either unaffected or short-lived. I joined Zeenat's eight week beginners course last autumn, and have found what I learnt (and am still learning on consecutive courses) invaluable in coping with my condition. I no longer find myself transfixed on worrying about what has happened, or what could happen, but rather content and engaged with the present and much more rational in my approach to the everyday problems life presents. Zeenat is a very insightful teacher, who gradually introduces you to the practice of meditation, in a calm and supportive environment - She openly encourages discussion between all members of the group allowing you to support each other through the process, and is more than willing to offer individual support inside and outsides of classes. Most of all I appreciated her honesty in sharing her own experiences with meditation, which served to highlight that progress is achievable for us all, so long as one approaches meditation with the right mindset. I would thoroughly recommend Insight for Wellbeing to anyone who is considering beginning their meditation journey, or developing their practice.

I'd highly recommend a meditation course with Zeenat. After completing my first (and most definitely not last!) meditation course I feel more confident when meeting everyday challenges and I now know what all the fuss was about! Zeenat shares her insights, encourages others to share theirs while also providing a safe, warm, friendly and comfortable space for a complete relaxing meditation away from the hussle and bussle of the city. I found Zeenat's classes to be insightful, thoughtful and deeply relevant to everyday life. Suitable for more experienced meditators and beginners alike, Zeenat gently guided the class through a variety of practices, taking time to support each of us as and when we needed. Making recordings of the practices available after each class was a helpful resource that supported me continuing the practice outside the class. Very highly recommended!

The classes were well organised and Zeenat fostered a comfortable and safe environment. The meditation helped me to focus fully on whatever I was doing, I noticed this after two weekly classes and I found that it was easier to achieve in my work and personal life. I highly recommend Zeenat for beginners and also for ongoing meditation practice!

I've personally completed the beginners and intermediate courses which were both led by Zeenat and I found them to enlightening, informative and a touch transformational! I felt part of a group learning process which was never preachy and everyone who was part of the experience was allowed to participate to whatever they felt comfortable with. Zeenat is a fantastic listener and always takes on what you have said and applies it to the particular practice you are involved in. Always a friendly open environment and would recommend that you should go along to one of the drop in nights if you are interested. Also an excellent open-air composting toilet onsite!

I’d highly recommend Zeenat’s meditation courses. I left feeling uplifted and inspired after a relaxed yet deep and wonderful day of mindfulness practice. I’ve meditated for many years and felt I really needed a new sense of direction and to overcome some of the issues that had led me to lose interest in my practice. I left feeling I have some tools to deal with the so-called ‘obstacles’ we meet on the path, and also feeling a lot kinder and gentler to myself, learning just to let things be.
