Excellent Physiotherapy! The most thorough assessment I have had by a physio. I have seen a few physiotherapists over the years and have generally felt like they are short on time for a full body assessment and haven’t always got to the root of the problem. Inside edge took their time and tailored a program for me that I can see is helping with my main injury but is also ironing out weaknesses that caused the injury! Highly recommended.
