Not even worth 1 star. If you want a housing association that takes your rent but doesnt answer phones, doesnt answer emails and doesnt comply with the basic fixes of a house that a general landlord is supposed to do, then this is the housing association for you! Their tenant portal app is the place where you are supposed to report eveeything......dont bother, no point, no one will ever get back to you, NEVER EVER.

Absolutely the worst housing association ever. They are unprofessional, using the pandemic as an excuse not to do things when other associations are successfully operating. You can't even call. Asking people to use an on line portal not even taking in to consideration people who have no Internet service. I have been reporting the same problem for over 2 years. They don't return calls or emails. Quick to take the rent though. Kictchen, doors windows old snd falling apart. Never been replaced in over 30 years. Other associations on the same street have had windows doors and kitchens replaced twice in the same time. Takes our increasingly rent but don't want to repair or replace anything. Going to forward this as a legal matter now. As I am not been treated fairly and they are not a abiding by their tenancy agreement. Shambles of a company. Oh and if you are lucky they pick up the phone. The unprofessional conduct is disgraceful. Not only the worst association to deal with, the worse experience of any company in my life. I have never ever been in rent arrears and this is how they treat people. A mickey mouse of a company. If i could give minus 5 stars i would. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

I have never experienced this kind of people, their dealings is worse than the third world countries, they never pick up the phone even though you wait for hours, misleading you with appointments which no one comes, also they avoid to do any repairs, they will buy the cheapest stuff on the market to do the repairs, my bathroom fan was an ineffective, I complained dozen times and no was willing to do anything, it does not work now so when I asked them to change in to a good one they refused, as they are avoiding to pay for a good one, the whole bathroom has got a mould and they don't care, they said I should foot the bill if I want good one. They said they will only do that same cheap one which has only 3 amp. I wish I could give them less than a star, they are horrible, I had so many problems with other repairs which too over a year, the whole roof was missing boards and they done it after I said I will seek a legal advice.

Not good customer service at all yet are willing to take calls ect from other residents in my block. They really need to shake themselves up and actually listen to their residents. I thought harrow council was bad but inquilab are worse. I am still waiting fir a call from 2 years ago and nothing there must ne a housing complaint thing somewhere.
