For an upcoming event, I placed an order with this company for custom scratch cards and was assured that everything would be delivered on time. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the printing process that they failed to inform me about, resulting in a delay in the order. By the time I received the cards, the event had already concluded, making them unusable. Although I received a refund for the express shipping fee (ONLY) that I paid, my first experience with Inprint was quite disappointing. It makes me wonder what would have happened if I had not contacted them to inquire about the status of my order, as it appeared to have been forgotten. While their customer service team was helpful during our phone conversation, overall, their service fell short of my expectations.
