I sent an email inquiring about a service and got a reply of what they do, but I don't have the plans that's been drawn up by my designer as I'm a sole trader there is only me, so I replayed back explaining this and also asked if I could make arrangements for my self to go and speak to someone about my requirements. To my surprise I received another email exactly the same as the first one, so the can't of read my email they just sent a repeat of the first one. So I'm not going to bother with this company I'll go somewhere where the staff actually read and respond in the manner they should.
