My wife and I went through the whole process of designing and fitting a balustrade for our new house. It was a new experience for us hence we were a bit worried that the final result could be different from the renderings (among others, our staircase is uneven) and even during the design stage we were quite annoying looking at each and every single detail. The people at Inoval were very patient, explained us everything at all times and delivered precisely to the specifications we had discussed - leaving us impressed by the millimetric precision of the design and how good it looked! The balustrade arrived a few days later but well within the broad timeline we had agreed and the fitting process was fast and seamless - in fact the fitting team even came back to fit baby gates at different points of the staircase. Great customer service, I would definitely recommend! It’s probably slightly more expensive than other options but the result and the process justified that in my view.
