I brought my Inokim to this branch after it was taken to a well known scooter shop in Chiswick who completely wrongly diagnosed what was wrong with my scooter. The guys here were professional, knowledgeable and really helpful, what shocked me was that they diagnosed what was wrong with my scooter without touching it. They informed it was a sensor located in the hand brake and parts and labour would cost £50 pounds. The scooter shop in Chiswick wanted £250 just for the parts. What a result my scooter is running lovely after they rectified my problem. A big thank you to the guys both of you deserve 10/10.

Excellent Customer Service. Went in after a weeks notice to get my scooter's front tyre fitted on as one of the bolts was rounded off on the disc and couldn't get the tyre to go on. Was helped by someone as competent, polite and sweet as Al. Absolute spitting image of Zlatan ibrahimbić. Received excellent prompt quick service my scooter and also went above and beyond to show me how to install and tighten the tyre on my own and work/tweak the brakes as well in case it happened again.Overall a pleasant experience and very happy to get my scooter sorted in such a short time and I'm sure anyone who walks in will have good experience from Al.

I was referred to Inokim by a close old Skool friend of mine, and also coz I have one of their Inokim scooters that I bought from someone wanting to sell theirs. So I needed an inner tube replacement and their customer service was absolutely exceptional and super friendly to which I would like to thank personally al who was the nice guy who gave me good advice and worked with my product. he done an excellent job with my scooter so I’m left happy, thank you al and Inokim guys at the holborn Inokim branch! So I would easily rate well over 5 stars for their amazing customer service and products and friendly advices…. Thank you Inokim guys so much, I will deffo be using you guy’s services again in the coming future most certainly!!
