I have a very small room with awkward spaces and needed something designed and built to maximise my storage space whilst also looking aesthetically pleasing. I got in touch with Innovative Designs and their service and product was nothing less than brilliant. The designer walked through many different designs with me and was very patient being so that I was very picky. The installation process was done so very smoothly and overall this is a company I would definitely recommend.

Good product but could be a better process. Firstly, I’ll start with the positive. We are really happy with the wardrobes in our bedroom. They look great and seem well made. However, there just a few issues along the way. Easy fixes that would make it perfect. Firstly the fitting window is just a bit weird. We got a 5 day window as were told it could take that long, but then the fitters turn up at midday and say they’ll finish that day. Predictably they’re not but that’s fine right, as they’ll come back tomorrow given our massive fitting window. Apparently not. They need to be on another job??? Eventually they finish the fitting the week after. Then just a few gripes about the finishing. See photo. Exposed mdf, just looks a bit rubbish when the rest looks so good. Manufacturing issue that can’t be solved apparently. They did supply some paint (not quite a match), but I had to do this myself. Also the screw covers were not put on at fitting. Again, needed to do this myself as posted after fitting. Anyway, all in all, we got a good product at a decent price and the guys at ID are very nice and do their best so sort the issues. It could just be done in a slicker way.

We've used Innovative Designs twice and have been very happy with both outcomes. Communication is prompt and issues are dealt with quickly. Design recommendations were well thought out on a tricky install. Fitters were curteous, professional and got issues with incorrectly cut panels fixed quicky.

I had a wonderful experience. The team were professional in manner and very accommodating to my needs. I wanted an L shape wardrobe design at first but due to some room technicalities that was unavailable so they suggested another design but I was very happy with this suggestion. I would certainly recommend them and will be using again.
