Innovation Blinds and Shutters provide exceptional after sales service. They supplied us with blinds over 7 years ago, in 2015. The blinds were excellent quality, but recently we started to have problems with the handles, so we got in touch with them to ask what could be done. This company is at the other end of the country to us, but Katie sorted out our problem without hesitation, despite having no obligation to do so. We would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Ordering process was not an issue but after receiving blinds, they clearly hadn't been through a quality control check as the control strings were so short that the blinds didn't fully close before the end stop fouling on the top frame. We had to dismantle the mechanism to release more string to allow them to fully close but the strings are still very short once closed. I have emailed the company regarding the issue but with no response after 3 days. Poor customer service in my opinion.
