Noteworthy details: 7 cobwebs on room celling, paint, peeling on woodwork, exposed water pipes nasty mark on bathroom door. Had to clean kettle before using. Beware when you sit on toilet as the lid hits you in back. Sent emails from day of booking to lunch that day and afternoon to say we may then would be late. Had to wait for 4/5 minutes after arriving while being ignored by staff who then said it was 30 seconds late to take a food order. Denied they had emails but knew our name without being told. We ate at cliff where staff go the extra mile, food excellent value for money and staff very pleasant. Breakfast 9-930 only. Bar at inn "open" but can't mix cocktails, drinks limited selection. Bear garden tables umbrellas and customers litted with bird droppings

Went for a quick drink after an evening stroll on the promenade. Wanted to chill in the lounge but ended up in the beer garden because of the overwhelming fish smell. Service was quick and the staff were friendly. Would visit again but not on a fish day! Noteworthy details: Dogs greatly received.
