Unfortunately the quality of work is very poor. This is not what I have expected for almost £300 000 for one bedroom flat. I do believe that for all investors this amount of money is 'nothing' but for me it is a lot. In case of any complaint, they ask you to wait for a very long time before they will investigate any of my concerns. That is very sad they don't look after their existing customers. I have some advice for potential customers: -check the quality of work -make sure walls are vertical -check sockets (some of them may don't work) -make sure spot lights work and you are able to replace them -make sure there is no gaps between celling and lightning

Update 2021 Owning this property now for four years nothing has changed. We still look out on a wasteland that was sold to us as more homes cafes and the water bought in from the harbour. (such a great sales tactic) I always wonder if we were missold! However four years on its still a mess with the worse management company ever, recruited by Inland Homes. (Ringleys) Many of the apartments up for sale and they are just not being bought so most now rented out... Again I reiterate like I did a year ago think before you buy a new home from Inland. Oh and as a by the by I would question whether the window in the middle of our apartment is safe I can open my window, step up on the windowsill, I question whether it's the designated height and if it is it can only be just! Personally I could never have that window open if children were around in fear they could fall out. __________________________________ Carter's Quay, such a beautiful position However bought a dream that now does not exist just a continuous building site to know regard of the residents. Bought because we were told the water would be bought in the apartments would not be high there would be shops and gardens told it would be beautiful but we just look out onto mounds of mud and left equipment where they have moved on. Acccoustics awful hear every sound above and that is no exaggeration. Flooring forever lifting etc etc. This list could go on and on and on and on. Thinking of buying think long and hard

DO NOT BUY from this company. Their customer service is non existent, they will ignore your issue and make your life hell (and expensive). Stay away - I can't wait to sell my house and move away from this farcical show!
