We took all our elderly parents here after a show at the Garrick. The service was pleasant and efficient. The food was great for the price and there were no complaints. They also accepted our blue card. The only problem was that the bay we were put in was very difficult for the wrinklies to navigate.

Perfect place to meet up with friends as I did last night. Great waitress service, polite and quick and friendly and always with a smile 👍 Food was delicious and sensibly priced. The decor is calming and relaxing and I love the area on the right where you can sit just for a drink, especially by the fire. Perfect for a warming hot chocolate! Have visited with family before including a toddler and a dog and it felt a friendly, safe space to bring them to. The dog very much appreciated the snacks on the bar 👍 The much improved outdoor sitting area with more seats is perfect for this lovely weather that we are having ☀️ I have visited The Inkwell many times before and will continue to do so 😊🍔🍻 and will keep recommending it to people I know!

The meals seemed small for the money, especially where they could have given you more. The Hunters Chicken came with a salad, 2 small lettuce leaves and 2 tiny tomatoes cut into 4 😲
