Unfortunately always late with orders nowadays... They promise within 7 days but takes them around 9-10 working days, They used to be good, but now are no longer trustworthy to dispatch on time. Items are always late so customers are always wondering where they're items are. Not good enough in this day and age, other POD companies dispatch on time.

I think these guys are brilliant. I ordered two mugs (rather last minute) for a leaving do and they went above and beyond to get them to me in time. They were kind and helpful to deal with, the printing was great, and the two-tone mugs are really striking as a base for designs, and cheap enough you can create totally bespoke gifts without denting the bank. The process is very easy too, and you can preview the design on the mug surprisingly realistically, helping to get everything in the right place. Really happy and I will definitely use the company again.
