My first review is below as I was happy but I must say since my experience has changed. The ear ring came out I contacted via facebook as I did first time to ask to buy a new set. To find no one replied I then couldn't get the other ear ring out so when she stayed with her nan at the weekend she wanted to ask the lady to help. She then charged my daughter £5 for removing it and kept it. I was going to ask her to redo my daughters ears but after this I'm shocked and very disappointed. I wont be back as the customer service is not what I though! Took my daughter for her ears to be peirced. I contacted out of hours via facebook and found out they would do it at a young age. The fact it is done by needle was what I was looking for. My daughter couldn't believe how quick and painless it was! Very happy and will be coming back if any more are wanted and when I have finally saved for my next tattoo 🤞 Service: Ear piercing
