My usual procedure for an Epson repair is to go through the painfully convoluted phone call directly with Epson. I recently tried 3 times in quick succession to speak to a human, but Epson didn't answer the phone once. I then called Rockwell directly and instantly got the service I needed. Darren was superb at diagnosing the issue and fixing it without hassle. I use 5 large format Epsons on a regular basis, and will no doubt be needing something fixed sometime soon. I won't hesitate in calling Rockwell directly, as they are without a doubt top of their game. Superb professional service.

We were having issues with our wide format Epson printer and after Darren ensured we had done various checks to prevent an unnecessary visit and cost to us an engineer visit was arranged. Repair was done, not all spare parts sent were used and the cost of these were very quickly refunded. Great team from initial contact, engineer and accounts !
