Staff are welcoming, friendly, and a laugh in general- the artistry is impeccable but the experience itself is something else entirely thanks to the artists making the environment. Expert advice given regarding the positioning & location of the tattoo (was my 2nd ever so was a bit uncertain, what I knew for certain is that I wanted it to be visible) made the tattoo turn out much better than I had envisioned. Would love to come back again for more ink if you'll have me another time :)
