Would give lower if I could . Bought an Et15000 printer with inks and icc profile for my Mac . Colours are terrible on the profile and not even close - long story short was told the issue was I have a Mac and they can’t do anything. Why say your ICC profile works for Mac when it Clearly doesn’t . Not helpful at all and now I have a 5 day old printer which I will not be able to use. Save your money buy elsewhere with better inks and profiles and better customer service
