Was booked in with Courtney who asked us to rearrange on numerous occasions due to problems on her part but when we asked for a refund as we were unable to reschedule AGAIN she would not refund the full deposit (contacted the store also who said she was waiting for us when she had already cancelled on us). This is creating a bad reputation for the shop which is a shame as we had only heard good this before this incident.
