Veronica on Monday mornings in St Augustine’s is a fabulous teacher with a very soothing style. Her teaching techniques are excellent with lots of variety, yet continuity too. I really enjoy the class and the other lovely people who attend.

Excellent pregnancy yoga classes, I have learnt so much about breathing techniques, positions and movements that can help during pregnancy and yoga. Lovely atmosphere created by the teachers who all share excellent knowledge. Really easy to book sessions on the mind and body website. Would definitely recomend this course.

Veronica's Monday morning class is both relaxing and invigorating- a great start to the week. She is excellent at suggesting alternative postures for people with injuries so everyone can benefit to the full.

Attended antenatal yoga quite regularly and often on a Sunday with Charmaine. The yoga has been great for pregnancy but especially birthing prep. Charmaine is a birth doula and yoga teacher, which has been a great combo. Be aware you need to use your sessions pretty much in consecutive weeks (depends how many you buy in a block) so you might have to plan when you buy...bit you have the flexibility of all threw classes across the week.. Highly recommend.

I've been attending Injoy-Yoga classes regularly, since I was pregnant with my son (who is about to turn 7). I found the support during pregnancy and post- natally to be outstanding, and my regular Monday night class has been an important source of inspiration in my life. Not only that, it's always good fun!

Medicine for your body and soul! The advanced yoga class is challenging physically AND helps your soul find balance and peace. I love the fact that Rozy always describes the postures as we do them so we can ensure we’re doing the right thing and get the most out of the exercise. During the meditation, you get a chance to understand how you’re feeling and restore your balance. This class has become one of the pillars of my week and has opened my mind to new ways to listen to and understand myself. The baby yoga class strengthens your bond with your baby as you learn to understand your baby and to relax with them. Lucy miraculously creates Peace and Trust in the middle of our busy lives as mummies. My baby is now totally comfortable with me manipulating his body and I now understand his cues intuitively (when it was a struggle before). I think both me and my baby are feeling more confident since we attend the class. It’s also mind-blowing to see your little one imitate your yoga moves even though he never seemed to pay attention. I highly recommend both classes. Rozy and Lucy make me a better person and a better mum week after week.

Yoga with InJoy has transformed me, I learn something new at every class and workshop and Rozy’s Monday night classes help me keep my internal balance in check while I juggle life’s demands. After classes I find calmness, positivity, focus and a renewed energy for the week ahead. I tried yoga for the first time with InJoy through pregnancy yoga with Veronica in 2017. Then, as a new mum Lucy and Rozy’s yoga helped nurture me into my new role as a mother. I don’t think I was ready for the impact yoga would have on me; I have not looked back and love going to InJoy’s classes and workshops for my precious ‘me time’.
