Phoned them mid morning on Wednesday, said they would be here 10am Thursday, arrived 9:30 removed one glow plug tip, one seized glow plug, and one very tight glow plug, fitted plugs I supplied, replaced anything he had removed to make his access easier other than what I had already removed, job done by 10:30. Paid the pre agreed charge and one mug of tea and one very nice man with a good attitude was on his way. And one bmw is now purring again
