We had a great experience personalising gifts for a special occasion with Initially London. From the moment we entered the store, we knew our project was in the right hands. Special thanks go to Ms Jane Wiest, who took the time to help us through the entire process: from finalising the monogram, to picking the string colours, sourcing the organic cotton drawstring bags (to place our customised gifts in) and delivering everything to our doorsteps within just a few days! I loved designing the custom embroidery for some items I took in. They were so helpful in the office, showing me possible fonts that would work well and placement on the items. It was a really fun process and I was extremely happy with the end results, which were done very quickly too! They've created items that I'll really cherish for as long as they last :)

Some amazing personalised gift ideas. I visited the studio with my little dog Rex to get his barbour jacket customised. They were so welcoming with Rex and the little child I had. They took me though the process and helped me to choose the colour thread for the monogramming on his jacket. It was a really lovely experience and I then went on to get myself a bag and a wash bag for my partner customised too. Really enjoyed supporting a small local business like Initially London. High recommend them for personalised gifts and homeware.
