Initial washrooms provide us with everything we need in a primary school, from soap to sanitary waste all covered. Our sales consultant Debbie has been really helpful setting up our contract across multiple sites, and checks in from time to time to see how things are going. Our service is completed every week without fail by Karen, keeping our products clean and fully stocked. Highly recommended

The service provided by Initial staff is excellent, Debbie Paul our initial rep is so helpful and the new mat Debbie recommended to catch the mud is brilliant. The accolade though has to go to Andy, I think his surname is Bullman. Andy is our initial technician and his customer service is excellent. We have never had a technician so helpful and dedicated.
