    Was referred to InHealth for a scan. InHealth were in touch within a day to make an appointment. I was called a few hours earlier on the day of the appointment to say that I could get it done earlier which was great for me. All very efficient and quick. Was given the results straightaway for my records. The medical centre is bring refurbished at the moment.

    Today I attended my MRI screening appointment, and was met with exceptional customer service! It was my first time doing the screening, so I let the staff know I feel uneasy. The staff at the facilities were very polite, reassuring, and helpful. 🌟🌟🌟 A special big thanks to Tempany, who voluntarily offered to be present with me in the screening room, and was happy to hold my hand. I felt very comforted, and encouraged to proceed with the appointment, which went very well. 🌟🌟 Thanks also to Shanaya, who explained the procedure, and guided me through.     Will given a no start for this medical center, receptionist not helpful at all. Whatever we ask, the answer only 'sorry! I don't know, I am not in charge, etc ' I don't know why they do not know, or they are not well trained. Parking is not good either, all the roadside parking is always parked by permanent car. When I am there continuously 2 days, still can see same cars parked at the same place.

    I went for an MRI scan today and was concerned given the reviews on here, but have to say the receptionist was friendly and I got seen early . The Radiologists conducting the scan were kind, professional and reassuring.

    Just not up to scratch. Had to change in office/kitchen/waiting room area in a portakabin in whilst next patient was being interviewed. Appalling conditions I would have left had I not paid in advance for my MRI. The one star is for the staff who did my MRI.
