    Failed to deliver a generator with the mobile MRI lorry, therefore MRI had no power. Generator was then promised to arrive at 11am didn’t arrive until 1.30pm. Zero communication. Appt delayed by 8 hours after arriving at 7.45am. This is what they called a Private service. Will never use a mobile unit again. Be weary what you are booking.

    Absolute cowboys. ‘Backend admin workers’ from hell. I asked for a second opinion from a professional, I swiftly received a threatening phone call from the ‘admin’ stating I was wrong to do so. That was followed up with an official letter to tell me to ‘find another surgery’ if I didn’t like the first opinion. Avoid any GP owned by a larger company, in my experience.

    My partner went to st Hugh's hospital in Grimsby on the 4th of May, for a infusion Hugh's staff are unbelievably lovely, however the Doctor from in health was unbelievably bad, he talked to my partner like she was a child, upsetting her, I've never seen may partner this upset, the staff told the doctor my partner was the best person they have, he didn't call my partner by her name, just as she, he needs a good talking to, his bedside manner was nothing more than awful, it her left side thats the problem and in report says her right side, so treating her wrong, if she didn't need her treatment she would have walked out, she is making an official complaint about the doctor and seeing her doctor about what he said

    Cowboys medical practice, situated in a GYM building. My GP made an appointment with them for a scan. Not easy to locate and park, but I've managed to get inside the reception 2 min later than my appointment, only to be told by a rude lady at the reception desk after waiting 4 min in the queue that my appointment is cancelled because I am 7 min late. On my way home I get a text from them : You have missed your appointment... I called the main office , to be told again that is my fault.
