I’ve been waiting weeks for this appointment, they texted me several times before the day I was supposed to have my ultrasound, Even the day before . I get there and the receptionist told me : they cancelled your appointment, we were informed 30 minutes ago . Very nice !! Travel for one hour and spending money to have my ultrasound and they didn’t even bothered to let me know !!!

By reading other reviews I was a bit concerned if I would be able to find the place easily, but when I was at the exit 2 in waterloo station - the building was just opposite of the station exit. Couldn't understand why its difficult to find. Anyway, I had an MRI, all the stuff were really helpful. It was a good experience for me.

Cons: Poorly signposted, spent ages looking around for the place and ended up late, I don’t know why my GP referred me here because it’s so far out. Pros: The reception staff were very considerate and let me go through even though I was slightly late. Staff doing the scan were warm and friendly I was scared but they made me laugh and calmed me down. It’s very clean and super secure, they have lockers where you can store your stuff.

They cancelled first appointment last minute, and then for the next one called thrice to prepone it by an hour on a working day and when I reached an hour early, they made me wait for more than an hour saying they were delayed. The only reason for the extra star is that the facility was generally quite clean and covid safe.
