Been here several times for MRIs. Always found the staff pleasant and helpful and put you at ease if you are nervous. Efficient too. Can be difficult to park nearby but there is a Sainsbury car park one minute walk away.

I had an mri appointment on 23/06/2022. The staff at the place wer verry helpful and made my experience so much easier as i suffer from aniexty and costrophobia if it was not for lynda and amrina i would have walked away without having a scan ! they made me feel really comftable and assisted me with the scan and re assured me the whole process and took extra time with me. Thank you verry much i really appreciate it and feel like you have taken away a fear i had for a long time. Thanks again to lynda and amrina. :)

wouldn't even give them a 1 star if i could. this place is notorious with cancelling your appointment on the day and they will make you rebook several times before allowing u to attend the appointment. my appointment was cancelled because the day of my MRI there wasnt a specialist on duty to attend to me SO WHY WAS I BOOKED ON IF THERE WAS NO ONE. offered me another appointment AN ENTIRE MONTH later in Ealing! from hornchurch to EALING! thats 1 hour 40 mins away from me. absolutely ridiculous service.

Quick in and out, excellent service buy the MRI technicians, very helpful and professional. Limited parking at the front and a few disabled bays. Not to far from Hornchurch high Street.

Receptionists were considerate and calming. I was treated with kindness and respect and the whole process was very efficient. I was extremely nervous about having an MRI so had checked reviews here before going to ease my worries but they added concerns and I was expecting the worst. I'm leaving this for anyone in a similar position and either things have changed or I got lucky but both receptionists were great and MRI technicians were also very good.

I have now had 2 bad experiences at this place once I had blood taken the girl was more concerned about the last patient forgetting his phone it really hurt I told her so and she asked me if she wanted her to do it again , training very poor . also went for breast screening was asked if someone who was training could do it again very poor the one who was meant to be training did not supervise or help staff not as well trained as NHS staff

BEWARE OF THE RECEPTIONIST!!!! As i walked in I met this horrible receptionist. Straight away asked what am i doing here? I told her i have an appointment. She took my details and she said you are 5 min late i dont know if they are going to see you but hold on does she even know how bad my journey was to get there. She said to me i dont know if they are going to see you repeatedly with an attitude and very rudely. She doesnt have any manners and oh yeah this was my third visit she just didn't give me attitude she gave it to other patients that walked in especially the elderly. Shes clearly not happy with her job and clearly not doing a good job of doing it!! She made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. She needs more training because shes clearly out of touch with human interaction. Honestly HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING. I never give feedback but this is a warning to people who visits this place. She was short with blonde hair mid 50s early 60s and she is stout works at the reception hard to miss her. AVOID HER AT ALL COST IF NOT TELL HER YOU WILL REPORT HER TO MANAGEMENT AND PLEASE GO IN WITH YOUR ELDERLY PARENTS TO THE APPOINTMENT.

Not even a star....it is the second time attending my appoitment for my mammography and the nurse on reception, the oldest one but not old, been very rude with my husband asking permission to use the toilet for obviously reason,wearing the mask and using hand gel and maintaining distance... She shouted:here I ask questions!! This is not acceptable for a staff nurse working in this enviroment specially in this period I am NHS clinical nurse and Iam expecting this "colleague" to think about why she is there....just reflect!! Excellent my colleague performing my mamography well done!

Very warm and friendly staff, made my visit a pleasant experience. Very clean premises and parking for Blue Badge Holders for two cars. Highly recommend this Diagnostic Centre, all the staff were lovely.
