Had a doppler scan, rude, unfriendly, careless and arrogant radiologist, she was literally forced to be there. Felt really really uncomfortable. Will never go back. Not recommended. Absolutely disgusting place. Disgusting. Hated it.

Don't go here if you are not an English white person as the blonde receptionist will treat you as you were an alien from Mars. She will start speaking to you as she would speak to a 4 years old child and belittle you in front of other people without giving you any useful information or explanation. I wanted to be part of in-health golders green but she basically told me to go somewhere else (probably because I was not English enough to be one of their customers?!)...still trying to find out why she refused my money💸 Very bad experience, I don't recommend this place. I will go somewhere else where my accent doesn't matter that much... hopefully I will find good manners, professionalism and culture.

Very disappointed this morning. I have been waiting months for an appointment and 24hrs before it got cancelled due to shortage of staff. When I asked to be seen at the next clinic day they said they cannot prioritise me and I will have to wait a whole month before I can be seen again. I explained I will be leaving the country in a week and so that is not possible and that the bookings team knew this, that I'm back in 6 months time and I need to be seen before I leave. They didn't even care. Very poor understanding of the individual as a human being and total lack of empathy, from junior staff all the way to management I spoke to. Do better please. **PLEASE NOTE THIS IS THE NHS SIDE OF INHEALTH, NOT VISTA! I cannot comment on Vista.
