I had the pleasure of being photographed by Ingrid. She is amazing! Her knowledge of lighting and position was evident and she knew how to get the best pose from me. Ingrid was extremely particular and takes great pride in her work. If she wasn’t satisfied with the photo, she repositioned me or scrapped the pose altogether. Her brilliant editing skills made my decision on which photos to purchase very difficult and I have received many compliments on her work having used her photos! Being a person who is definitely not camera happy, I hesitated for some months with regards to getting some professional photos done for my business. However, I knew I needed to and had lots of ideas for some social media posts that my phone camera capabilities would not be ideal for! Having spoken to Ingrid on many occasions prior to taking the leap of faith, and seeing some of her previous work, I knew I could trust in Ingrid to make me look my best and advise me on what to do. As mentioned, I absolutely hate having photos taken but the whole day was such good fun. Ingrid had already briefed me on what to expect and I took along an array of outfits and props! When I received my photographs to choose from, I honestly didn’t know where to start – they were all so good. The time came to post them onto my social media channels and I was astounded at the response. Literally over 160 people liked my new profile picture in just 1 day – I didn’t realise that many people were interested in me! Then the fun shots I posted received just as much response and I can honestly say that not only was the feeling was amazing, the interaction with my posts increased, which is always good! Ingrid is prompt, courteous and highly skilled in her field. She has a great eye for the perfect headshot - so good in fact, that I found it hard to choose only one photo! The experience was made easier by Ingrid who came to my home and arranged the shoot under the current government social distance guidelines. Ingrid was skilled at identifying the best angles and poses for my headshots. Her directions were courteous and clear. The resulting headshots are powerful, and I have received several compliments. Well I cannot rate Ingrid Highly enough! I took Ingrid up on a free taster session for headshots for my company and I was blown away with the experience from start to finish. On arrival I was greeted by the lovely Ingrid offering me a cup of tea; we even popped next door for a bacon roll! Once we had sat down for 5-10 minutes and had a good chat, Ingrid explained to me how the shoot was going to work making feel so comfortable and at ease which continued throughout the whole process and I have to say, she knows how to catch you off guard and make you laugh to get that cheeky snap of you not being so serious! It goes without saying that the final product, the photos look incredible, I will be using Ingrid again in the not so distant future I hope, along with highly recommending her to anyone I know.
