Bit late leaving this review but didn't want to forget as Ian was BRILLIANT from the first point of contact right up the day I installed the new unit. I ordered a replacement MIB unit for my 2013 Golf that had given up and would not play sound anymore. I now have a more updated MIB unit that is better in every way. Ian was on the end of the phone when I had some installation questions and it was no trouble to him. 100% recommend this company and you get brilliant service
