Inghams is awful! Avoid at all costs! Why? - transfer from Airport to resort took over double the time it was supposed to (2 hours journey took more than 4 hours) - on the way back they forgot to close the back of the transfer coach and apparently the loaded luggage fell out! The Inghams representative didnt even know about it until my boyfriend got a call from the French police that his luggage was left behind and then we notified the rep that his luggage with everyone else's was not in the coach! - most importantly I made it clear to the representative on the way to the resort that I had never skied before and that i was a beginner! He said I would still need a ski pass and advised me to buy one from him! It cost me €260. Through out the whole holiday i didnt need to use the ski pass even once! All the beginners lesson pistes were operating on free lifts. When i told the inghams rep (Glen at Tignes) at the hotel he said he would get me a refund as i didnt use the pass at all. I chased up on them and they told me that the lift pass operators are processing the refund. Its been over a week and I still havent recieved a payment! To save yourself stress and money please take my word and book somewhere else. They are poorly organised and very unhelpful! Hemi.

Excellent Service - although there was a problem with our hotel booking, Inghams were incredibly professional in offering alternative options for us. We ended up in a higher rated hotel and Inghams covered a large increase in cost without fuss. At the ski resort the Inghams staff were very attentive throughout our week stay. Professional service throughout.
