Had two watches for over a month before I rang to ask for updates. He said he could not remove the screw from one caseback so he could not service it. Watchlabs in Lakeside removed all screws in minutes. No charge but total waste of my time.

Took 7 weeks to re-fit a plexiglass on watch (30 min job at most). Didn't charge us, but also didn't tell us when ready so we had to chase.....watch came back not working. I won't be taking any watches in there again. There are other good, currently qualified watch repairers in the area.
